I have a 92 Accord LX with 128,000 miles on it. I went to Pepboys today and had a high mileage oil change and major tune-up for $391.00 . The service manager quoted me a price for a timing belt replacement as just over $510.00 . This price includes the water pump and new seals and gaskets. Am I being ripped off ?
