By the way, I didn't cheat like all you bastards and transfer my GT3 money/licenses over, so I've only been slowly workin up the scale.
I've got a Sylvia with ~330hp, a DeLorean with like 430, and a bunch of other stock little cars.
You have to go to World Circuit Races, Original Circuit Races, etc. etc. It'll give you an option for Practice, Photo, Family Cup. Do the Photo and drive around the track. After you are done...during the replay, hit select anytime you want to take the picture of the car. It'll give you options of camera features and about 64 different angles to choose from from the point you selected. There is also the Picture Mode where you can select different world locations. From there after you are done taking the picture, you can save it to your memory card, or save it to a USB Flash Drive. I save it to the USB flash drive and plug it into the Mac. Basically drag over the jpegs and voila
