well its recommended to replace it anyways even if its at 60,000 because it has been almost 10years and the belts can snap because they are old. so just do a timing belt powersteering belt and ac belt and alternator belt get all the seals changed the cam seal crank seal and change the water pump and you should be good up to another 100k if you use honda parts
