my neck hurts, like right under my jaw, it hurts when i touch it and it is sorta climbing thru my teeth.. i feel a lump there, you guys think it could be a lymph node or what?

i'm htinking if it still hurts tomorrow i might go to health services, but seeing as i've had a split lip all week it might make sense for me to have a swollen lymph node in my mouth in that area..... i dunno
