My current pad had baseboard heaters along the edges (not continuous, maybe 2-3) of all the rooms until they were replaced with central air. They did suck ass and i'm glad they're gone, but they where better than nothing.
they were prolly wasting electrcity like crazy too, everyone is going HVAC nowadays anyway
