It really depends on what you want and how much money you have. I think the B16a has more potential, is pretty quick as is and is pretty cheap as far as swaps go. The B16a was actually stock on JDM G2 Integras so it fits naturally. The hard part is wiring up the VTEC from what I've read. See the "Teg Tips" at www.g2ic.com for a write-up.
