You'll need the AC mount from a DOHC VTEC Del Sol.. the teg one will work on the motor and the car, but not with the AC compressor. Everything else should be there. 
Also, the teg PS pump won't work with your car unless you swap out the teg PS hose that bolts to the top of the pump. You can use the civic one (not sure the CX has PS) but only the top bolt will hold on and the adjustment screw won't be able to be used. FYI
CX has no PS or AC, so that's the parts of the swap I didn't have to deal with.
