guys, every car 96 and on is OBD-II and all 96+ integra have two O2 sensors in the exhaust, one upstream of the cat and one down. Some have have the upstream on the header and some have it on cat. It is not a difference between different years, but i believe between CA and non-CA models, call any company that manufactures cats for integras and that is what they will tell you.
