Biggest thing about making yourself ripped.........is diet..........no diety supplements in the world can replace or make up for a poor diet. Start eating right and the rest will start to fall in place...........I eat lots of tuna, chicken, fish, peanuts, drink LOTS of water...........pasta on nights before i really hit up a hard night workout............if you are self concious about working out in front of people do it late at night or early in the morning.............I run early in the morning before most people wake up or they are already at work........and now its 12:30am and I just got back from lifting weights..........
oh yeah, cardio in the morning before breakfast...........that'll help a lot
