I totally see your(sadhonda) points, but since the warranty is out, you'll have to live with it or sell it, and I guess that is the bottom line.

Although other Honda's are built well, I'm sure that this experience will not make you buy a Honda ever again; IF the same thing happened to me, I would definately wouldnt buy a Honda again either even though I know that other Hondas are built better. You remind me of a guy on the net who bought an NSX, S2000 and a Honda scooter. The scooter broke down, and the guy got really crappy service(they didnt fix it the 2nd time or something), so decided to sell all 3 and complain to Honda and posted it on the net.

Despite what fastball says, I think many companies make far better sport utes than the passport. Just check out this 8 SUV comparison by edmunds with the passport finishing-you guessed it-dead last.
