Tobra - I highly doubt she'd walk, based on the nature of the crime. If it was a crime of fear, she'd have found a more humane way or even quick way to kill the guy. This seems to me like a cold premeditated murder. If you can get life in prison for 1/2 gram of meth on a 3rd strike, I think they'd sentence this broad to at least the minimum sentence of a manslaughter charge.
