How come you are pushing Muscle Milk? For the protein benefit? IsoPure has 50g a serving, compared to MM's 32g.

Or the Fat? Its got 18g of fat per serving, which also has 8g of saturated fat. Before you say " 80% of saturated fats are in the form of medium chain triglycerides (MCT's). MCT's are typically burned as energy and show little or no propensity for storage as body fat or as a contributor to arteriosclerosis." , its still fat. IsoPure has got NO FAT whatsoever. It also comes in Low Carb and No Carb.

Yea. I do push it. But I also take it religiously.

Don't go to GNC homie. Shoppingtown has a Vitamin World near the food court ( if it hasnt moved ). GNC is always over priced. Do it for yourself. Check out the same product at both places, guarenteed it will be more expensive at GNC. I go to Vitamin Shoppe here in Orlando now, not sure if its up in tha 'cuse or not, but I get 1 point per dollar spent, and it really adds up.

Definatly do some research before buying supplements. Don't take im@ge word for it, and dont take mine either. Check it out for yourself.

This site is pretty good at comaprison. They have a chart of 25 proteins they reasearched and boiled down to value. Cost per serving, servings per jug and effectiveness. Check it out.
