There is usually a noticable gain from a valve job but the gain is determined by other factors. It will increase the flow at just before the open and close of the valves. The more efficient the air gets into the cylinders, the more power you will get. Don't expect a huge gain but a noticable gain will most likely be noted.

I have a 3-angle on mine and it seems to run more efficiently. I didn't do an overnight change though, so I don't know what the exact effects were.
