You're not really suppose to run the car with this in your crankcase. It thins out you oil and releases all the junk in there. You dont want that running through the car. You're suppose to let it idle in the crankcase for like 5 minutes and then change the oil.
You let the seafoam sit in the TB for 5 minutes to let it break down the carbon deposits, which are all then burnt up when you fire her up for a spritited drive. You can smell the difference when the carbon burns. Do a search, there's tons of info on here. You may also want to remove your intake piping and clean the butterfly better with a brush and some sefoam, or carb cleaner.
