those are the correct spring rates for the Sports

check out the specs on my H&R Race:

Rate: Front- 460 Rear-350
Drop: Front- 2" Rear- 1.75
Progressively built but those coils are compressed all the way when the wieght of the car is on them. Functions as a Linear spring
