It's the Bowflex Sport -- nothing spectacular, but it does all the excersizes I need.

I've only been working on it since Sunday night, and Monday was my first real workout.

To be honest, I love the thing. At first I was kind of so-so, because you have to modify the natural way you workout. For instance, a regular flat-bench isn't done on a flat-bench, it's done more like an incline bench but you just use slightly different form to mimic the same movement of a flat-bench.

I got a really good burn yesterday from a quick workout on my chest/tri's, and today I feel it as well, so I know it's working at least.

The good thing about the Bowflex is the ability to lift to failure, without worrying about dropping a bar and weight on your face. So if you want to build bulk and power, while it's not *as* good as free weights, it's also a lot safer -- especially if you're like me and have no friends who want to work out so you have no spotter.

It's also got a booklet of like 5-8 different workout routines, complete with how many sets and reps -- and you can modify them a little bit to suit your needs better if you like; I'm trying one of them today, and if it turns out that I like this better, I'll stick with it.

I'll post before and after pics, after about 2 months of working out.

Summary:
Yes, it's great and I highly recommend one.
