would appreciate any help.

My gas gauge has been faulty. It will blink low gas when I have just filled out 1 day ago and when it gas gauge is at 1/2. In addition, when it starts blinking my check engine light will go on. When i eventually refuel, the CEL goes off.
I recently had my variable time valve replaced at the Dealer's but that appears not to have solved the problem.
