make percentage changes until your air/fuel ratio is where you like it (about 12.0:1 in boost).
You can take a guy or use someone elses numbers but your just taking a guess at how well the engine is tuned and how long it would last.
yeah what he said.... dyno isn't that much a nessecity but make sure you have a wideband. not some crap autometer gauge
