Uh, take your car to a dyno that has a wide band o2 sensor and start tuning. Doing it any other way is plain stuipid.
make percentage changes until your air/fuel ratio is where you like it (about 12.0:1 in boost).
You can take a guess or use someone elses numbers but your just taking a guess at how well the engine is tuned and how long it would last.
