another source of rattling I've found on mine is the mud flap piece being loose. I haven't checked the front yet, but on the rear those back panels that include the mud flap were loose and rattling over bumps. I believe there are a few screws in the wheel well that need tightening. haven't done it yet. I believe you might need to remove the tire to get to one of them..
