Check your plugs to see if all 4 cylinders are running rich or if it's just one (stuck injector). Double-check your plug gaps while you're at it.

Check your TPS sensor with the procedure outlined in your service manual (or search for it here) and make sure it's working properly.

Check your Fuel Pressure Regulator's vacuum line for leaks. make sure it's not leaking fuel from the vacuum port (bad FPR diaphragm). Check the rest of your vacuum lines or just replace them because they're cheap.

On a D15B7, the TPS, MAP, o2 and coolant temp sensors are used to regulate fuel trims. Many of them are wired together on the same circuit. There's an electrical diagram for a 5g CX, DX, LX, Si on my civic page in my sig if that helps.
