I think the true problem is between deployments and living in SoCal where the Marines are casted out as 2nd rate citizens there just aren't any opportunities. However, when I go home on leave to NY it's like I'm some kind of Supah Pete and girls I knew from HS that would never have given me the time of day are like "Yo, it's 7 o' clock!" But I'm never home enough to get something going, I'm usually just there to see family.
