Yes I've played arounf with one before. Sensitivity can be adjusted. And its not like you only use this. When driving faster and when you have to shift you use your foot, but when you're in 1st/2nd gear "crawling" over rocks or obstacles, you set the hand throttle at whatever rpm you want and use left and right feet for playing witht he clutch and brakes.
