I myself, would just buy a starter, I think they are like $60-$80 and install it (never bought one for a CRX yet tho, my 84 BMW starter was in that price range tho)... Very easy to do... That *should* fix your problem... If its a problem wth the starter itself... Which thats what it sounds like the mechanics think it is...
