they have a little scratch and win kind of deal going on i guess.So like if you win they double your tax refund. Uh...i guess my sister won ( shes like the 2nd one in the nation or something ) and i guess they doubled her cash refund to around 4.5K i cant remember the exact number. sorry i just thought id share h:
