i had very same problem, the installer ran the wires on the "starter relay satellite" or whatever it is called throught the ignition, and i was told it needed to be ran thru battery. Check your starter signal wire and see if it has any voltage while car is off, then get some1 to help u and check voltage when you try to start. My remote start is still ran thru ignition, only difference is now i took off 6 of my gauges. Are u using oem battery? whats the cold start rating?
