Ok, so have you ever reported them to the police? Probably not. What you do is bitch about and try to be a badass instead of calling hte cops because that makes you look like a "pussy". Don't come here and look for whatever kind of answers you want from us, because we don't have them. Call the cops and tell them the story. If you have a name and or description of hte car, they can do a lot more than you think.
