Other than the front suspension differences in the teg (and exterior styling?), the RSX is hands down a better vehicle.

Spending $6000+ to transplant a RSX-S drivetrain into the DC2 is a questionable use of funds. The Teg was a cool car and all, but why spend so much money to make an old beater barely competitive with a new S?

You'll spend as much as it would have cost to just buy a used S, and still be stuck with a 1994 interior and other ageing components - and have a car with almost no resale value.

By stock I take it you mean no engine mods? The power to weight ratio of a k20a2 swap into a dc2 isn't so much better that it's going to shave .7 in the quarter mile. The K20/dc2 is at most 200lbs lighter than a DC5 S
