The same exact thing happened to me today. I replaced my cracked up manifold, and realized I had a hole about the size of a quarter where a hanger welded-on to my Apexi N1 downpipe had broken off. Had to get it welded back on... oh yeah. I mentioned this in another thread already.

yeah, i was thinking about just unbolting the damn header from the cat and running straight header, but it would be obnoxiously loud for a 15 second civic...
