Whether a SRI or a CAI is better depends on the type of engine and the airflow into your engine bay. On a K20 (RSX), the CAI is better than the SRI due to engine placement and how it manages intake flow. On B18C1 blocks, because of their airflow requirements and the openess of the bay, a SRI will outperform a CAI. It's an application-by-application basis as to what will perform better. So, as an FYI, the SRI on B18C series integras will outperform CAIs.
