I did try to place the coil right in front of the key hole and it did NOT work I also tried placing the coil all around the imobilizer unit and still nothing. Of course, the factory key did not work there either.

I see you are recommending the 555H bypass unit. This looks like the answer. Placing my order now...... Stay tuned !
