i had the same problem in my neighborhood. some lady who, when she moved in at the time approx. 1.5 years ago, she somes up to my car and she started to scream that i slow down. i was going 24 mph in a 25. what the hell though, do they have some retarded ass ****ing radar gun shit built into there ****ing head and they automatically assume that they are going fast so we should make ****ing (distracting) gestures at the driver, so that you slow down?
