I was just browsing and read the "timing belt" question because I was curious to see when to change it. I bought my Honda accord at 166k and I don't know when it was last changed so I did it right after I bought the car. I also had the water pump replaced at the same time but the dealership never said anything about a "balance shaft" and was just wondering what that was.
