h: My bad. It's bizzare, though, several people (Asians themselves) say that Asians regard the Crown line, not Lexus, as the best of Toyota.
I think someone mentioned Yamaha before, but Yamaha is indeed working with Toyota on one of the new/upcoming V6 motors.
Don't misunderstand Lexus; Danny Clements has been begging Japan HQ for years for a performance line a la AMG, but they have held out on him. I guess it's kinda like Honda not being crazy about a production V8.
