The best thing about Most Spring kits are that the rates are progress, which means that when you are not driing the car hard it should ride pretty good over the roughest of roads, know in NC we don;t have as bad as roads as NY, but if you are going to lower you car and concerned about the ride due to the roads, I would skill go with the PRO kit and the Konis.

IF you went with a threaded sleve or threaded body shock steup those springs are not progressive and will always ride stiff, so IMHO the pro-kit and koni is your best bet.
