i run a AEM short ram when the streets are flooded and for smog check time and most of the time i run a generic ebay CAI with k&n filter for my nitrous setup (didnt want to drill a hole in the AEM one).

as for which is best, almost all intakes will make similar gains for the f22/f23...
my $30 ebay intake and my aem intake have no big difference performance between them, im almost willing to bet my ebay intake w/ k&n filter will perform just as well as an aem v2 within a 2-3hp margin. $275 or $30, your choice.

the aem v2 doesnt make much more power than the aem v1 and for peak power they equal, but the prices between the two sure dont equal.
