i know, it's just like changing the NAM in a CDMA phone
what you must understand tho is you might have screwed up the sim card and then with it in place, the phone may be not working.

i remember one time i let my sister borrow my phone.... she comes back from the bathroom and i'm like.. do you still have my phone? and she is like yeah....

so she give me the phone, and after about 3 sends of holding it in my hand by my side i notice it's dripping water from the speaker on the backside (speakerphone)

so i ask her, did you get my phone wet?
she says no.
i ask her friend, who is actually really cool, did she get my phone wet
and she says no
but she is one of those people that laughs when somthing funny is going on, so she started to giggle, i was like.. ok, what happened.

and she's like.. "it fell int he toilet"

i was like WTF!? i had just used a phone, put it right up to my face and right almost touching my mouth after it had been dropped in a public toilet... i got pissed at her and demanded she never drop it in a toilet again, eh, so far so good i guess, but come on, did she really have to not tell me and think i wouldnt know, it was like all wett inside the battery case and everything, jeeeze
