I changed mine. I have no idea what the part number is. You need to replace the hose it is connected to as well since it kind of melts on there. The hose is really cheap but almost impossible to replace unless you have removed the intake manifold bracket first. I would go to an Autozone or something as I got mine there and there was no fitment issues at all.
