Yes, but it's too much work. You can jack up the front end, remove the driver's side front wheel, and manually turn the crankshaft, but it's easier to just turn the engine over.
But DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE ALL POWER WIRES GOING TO THE DISTRIBUTOR before doing this, or you can easily end up with a burnt coil like me
