Default Auto Transmission Fluid Brown

The vehicle now has 40k on it. I was going to bring it into acura dealer to quesion on the brown fluid, but you know how dealers are...if it drives okay, they would say everything is normal, or even suggest to change the fluid if I don't like the color. If it broke, then they blamed you for not maintaining it. You know how that goes... They never admit anything wrong. I just bought 4 quarts of Honda atf-z1 (will get another 6 to do multiple drains), and I can see through the bottle the new fluid is really rose dark red, not brown color (when I used a white towel paper to wipe the stick). I will just do it this time and see how it turns out. My brother had the vehicle serviced by dealer since day one, and recently at 37k. But, it appears to me they didn't do anything. I believe they thought the vehicle is new and there is nothing needs to be done. They just check everything off all good on the paper and send us the bill; paying roughly a thousand dollars for all the services up to now, for just oil changes, and replacing both air filters. That's about it. Everything else is just inspection.

Honda has good performance vehicles, but peace of mind comparision, is worst than others, and even civic.

Thank you very much for all of your helps.
