I am looking to buy a cat-back exhaust. I have a friend who works at a shop who can get me a great deal on one and said it is similar to this one...



My question is, with this exhaust and a header do i need to buy a new catalytic converter? I want to make it the best i can and i wonder if it is necessary or not....

Also, I currently have an AEM Short Ram Intake on my car. Is it better to have the full cold air intake or the short ram? I am looking for low to mid rpm power, so whichever would be best is what i want...

Any advice or suggestions for an exhaust setup are welcome and i hope you guys can send me in the right direction for my first big performance purchase... thanks!
