I am planning to get a 95 integra gsr 4 door. i have a few questions about installing these harnesses. i want to be able to seat people behind me when i have the harnesses installed, too.

1. Are they street legal in California?
2. How do they mount?
3. Do any of you have these harnesses and what do u think of them?
4. what are other good alternatives that dont cost too much?
5. know of any site where i can buy 2 of them for less than $126.11 total?
