Fixed!!!!!!!!

Master brake cilinder was at fault! Trying to pressure bleed the system failed completely with the old cilinder.....replaced master cilinder and pressure bleeding the system was possible again.
There's no way of telling what was at fault with the master cilinder cause no parts showed any wear.......best guess is that one or more of the valves in de cilinder were not working like they should.

Brake pedal feel is very good and brake performance is much better too!
