Well, I was gonna use a drill with a metal bit for my frame (on my radiator support), and then a small bit to drill thru the hood, and then use the dremel tool, I forgot what the attachment is called, to make the whole bigger till its big enough... Heres the how to I plan on using...

Yours will be different because you have locking pins... But the drilling should be the same... I think I saw a how-to somewhere on locking pins lemme look...
