I only have one dumb question...do you have plenty of air in the tires?

Also, do you go thru pot holes quite often, these bubbles usually develop when not enough air is in the tires and a lot of weight has been placed on the car, and when you constantly hit bumps on the road.

Another thing, does your steering wheel shake when you are driving at different speeds, like when you have a flat tire?
