What's your opinion on dating someone at your job?

I have had my eye on this girl at my job for some time now, since she first started about 10 months ago actually. We have so much in common it's almost unbelievable. We've gone out on 2 dates and so far so good, but today we went out to lunch and I got my first kiss from her. She's a good kisser and all, but it kinda scared me afterwards. I like that my feelings are reciprocated but I feel myself starting to catch feelings. I kinda like the chase, ya know?
