well...this has happened to my accord also. i have the same year and one of the clutch lines were pierced or leaking. it was from rubbing against something in the engine bay and finally rubbed down to the middle.

id check on the floor to see if there is any leakages.

otherwise, it might be the slave cylinder or throwoutbearing.
