If this is not the case you obviously have a sensor that has is triggering this light and you'll need to take it in for service or go to autozone have them pull the code its throwing at you and fix whatever problem it might be.
There isn't anything wrong with the car!!!! The Rsx's have a specific point that they hit where they are preprogrammed to tell the users that they should require maintenance. It will go off if you perform the maintenance or not. I couldn't figure out how to turn mine off either, but I just stopped in at the dealership and let them know that I don't get my maintenance done through them and they turned it off. It took about 5 min. but it was still a pain in the A$$ to go in there.
