It all depends on what your doing with the car. Do you want to race, autocross or just have a cool looking car. I have my car lowered on Eibach prokits with the Koni Yellow shocks. I chose this set up because I didn't want my car too low because the Integras are pretty low right out the box. I occasionally drag race but thats it so I feel this set up suited my needs. As far as springs Eibach prokits or sportlines, H&R Sport, Comptech springs and Neuspeed sports, as far as shocks if your on a budget KYB AGX's are a good choice but if money is not an issue then the Koni Yellows are the way to go.
