Him smashing the brakes one time would not warp the rotors though, thats mostly for fools who drive around and forget to release their e-brake. I don't know what it might be, but I'm pretty sure thats not it.
actually i knew this one guy in his BMW going 130 and slammed ont he brakes till about 60-70...cracked the discs.
